    I gave 5 stars, but when I ran the update on my computer I had to redo the installation. So, I hope it would not be the case all the time and it is just me doing the update wrong. Overall, it is small, looks professional, printing fine for my needs (little work, little school) and we still running the original cartridge, so this as promised serves good.

    This was a good, low cost printer choice. The setup was easy, we just followed the online directions. It’s been a little confusing figuring out what all the icons mean, and what all the glowing colors mean, you just have to download the online usage guide to figure it out. In the “best” mode it prints super slow, just change the printer properties to “fast economical printing” & it prints more quickly. This printer will be ok for modest use. If I was doing lots of print jobs this probably wouldn’t be the best choice.

    The salesperson was very patient and helpful. The only thing I would say otherwise is that he told me it was easy to install and for me, a technologically challenged person, it was not, but I managed to get through it and I like the product. Overall, good job.

    This printer replaced an older expensive HP that was not working all the time and used lots of ink. This one seems much better on ink, the cartridges are not as expensive and they offer a 3 month free ink special. Already got my new cartidges!

    Serves our needs for just an everyday home printer. Do not use it every day but occasionally print something and it works fine. Took a few days to work out all the intricacies of setting it up completely so it would work automatically.
