Except machine for the price a good service easy to set up and everything is working fine

After my HP ENVY 6455 Printer quit working, I brought it in to Best Buy to trade it In. Their stock was very low so I had to settle for the 6055 Model sight unseen. In the trade in, I feel I was overcharged because of the price difference in the two. In fact, I shouldn’t have been charged any difference since my current model was cheaper in cost. I was also disappointed to find there was no manual or instructions on the basic uses of the printer. In fact, I’m still trying to figure out some things it does. It does print well, the speed of it is good, and the quality of print is good. I have always been pleased with HP products.

The printer was easy to setup but the app (iPhone) lags terribly during the setup process. Click and wait. The printer has tons on features and prints fast. Looks great too!

I have really liked my new printer. It is nice having a wireless printer finally. Also it makes good copies. Only issue I have had is that it has gotten off line a few times and I have had to go back to the assistant to bring it back. Not difficult but was just a pain.

My HP - Envy 6055e has performed great! Installation went well and the scanner and printer have been working fine.

Works great, its nice and print your stuff fast and bright. I really like it.

Don't like that there were no instructions with printer. Everthing is online. Have been having problems with paper misfeeds and printer flashes different codes but there is nothing to reference it to unless I go online to look up the code

Well I like the printer. It is quiet and has interesting lights. My only problem is that it took forever to find the power button. The set up manual does not even mention it. It came on automatically when I plugged it in. But when the time came time to turn it off I had to Google it to find it. Someone thought putting it in the very back of the printer was a good idea. It wasn't! Very much a hassle if you are working at a desk and want to print. Mine is in a cabinet which makes it an even bigger problem. Why not just put the button on the front? And why not label the buttons that are there?
