Easy to hook up. Good value for the price. But hard to re-set up. I moved and could not get it connected again (kept showing offline!). Was on the phone for almost an hour and Tech said all was good, but when we hung up I tried it and didn't work. Finally got it, can't even remember how, but 2 days of aggravation!!

I had to watch a youtube video to figure out how to set the printer up for my phone. It was much more intuitive than the directions that came with the printer. Once I figured the set up out this is a great printer. It is used in my small home office for random printing. I would have given 5 stars if the set up directions were easier to understand.

So this is my second HP printer in 2 years. Maybe because I don't sue them often, maybe they're just made with less quality, but these shouldn't be this hard to set up. The app seems like it's good and simple, but then takes forever to connect. It also likes to just disappear from the network and then you have to do the wifi direct connection which means you need to be in the same room which defeats the purpose of it being wifi.

I had to call for help to get it to print, but it does work well. I do like that I can print from my phone as well as the computer.

This was a great buy. It works great. I was able to use rewards to make this purchase.
