Nice small and efficient printer. Scans documents beautifully. The options on the printer are clearly marked and the instructions are easy to follow. The HP help desk is very knowledgeable about the features of the printer and was able to help me setup the printer to work efficiently.

Very pleased. Just got it. The printer works great, setup was seamless, and the delivery service was FANTASTIC. This thing was delivered 2 1/2 hours after I ordered it. That's amazing. And the delivery person - whose name I unfortunately didn't get - was great.

Just what i was looking for, a simple at home printer that is easy to use and load. wifi was a breeze to set up or you could use a direct cable

Great little printer - perfect for my needs, which is for small printing and copy jobs. It was simple to set up. However, there was a slight hitch in getting the wifi connected, not sure why, not even sure how I was able to finally get it right. Just had to fiddle and remember to breathe.

This is a really good printer for the price and super easy to set-up.

It was great at first, used it for a little while, then we didn't use it for quite a bit. I would say 6 months rolled around and oddly enough I was getting notifications about being on some service for ink. Needless to say after we turned it on and tried to use it it kept saying that there was no ink and it wouldn't print. It was almost like obsolescence built in. Never got anywhere with the company

Great printer for the price. Got this for my son for Christmas. It came promptly. Easy setup

Great printer. Does everything as I expected. Fairly easy to use but took a while to get it to work.

The printer worked as expected. I had issues with connecting to wifi the servings time I used it so I contacted HP support. They tried to convince me to purchase a $250 anti-virus software, claiming it was my computer. I refused and after rebooting, it has worked fine.

There are many rave reviews on this product and I do love it as well with one exception. Some reviews complained that the ink didn't last as long as other printers. I shrugged it off thinking that they must use it daily for office work, etc. That's not the case. I purchased this for home use and it's hardly ever used. We're talking printing out recipes, online purchased receipts and the occaional legal papers. I've had this 4 months and the ink is already gone. I could go a year with my old Cannon without having to buy more ink because, again, it's just for home use. I like it in every other way. The ink IS cheaper by $20 compaired to Cannon ink but the Cannon lasts 8 months longer, so there's that. I believe that if I were using this for a business I would be irate. As for me and my home use... I'm disappointed but it's not like I can trash it and spend more money on another printer. I'll have to live with it for a few years. Final thoughts: I should have listened to the reviews about how fast it was to run out of ink.

The printer works very well and I use it to print. It prints really good and is a great quality. The only thing I think it was alittle overpriced but other than that it is a sturdy printer. The printer fits good on my small table.

Always jamming and goes offline and hard to connect back

The printer and all its functions work fine. It meets my requirements as I don't do a lot printing. The problem I had with it was the setup and initial operation. The support, operation information and setup guide is lacking. I tried to connect via a usb but after a few hours I gave up and and used the setup for wifi connection. I learned how to operate some of the functions by luck. There didn't seem to be any support guide that I came across or any customer support. It is inexpensive and will fit my needs. I marked yes for recommendations because there was no maybe. I would check other printers first with what I know now.
