I read only HP's description and the price was right so impulsively I bought it. While waiting for arrival I then decided to read online reviews and instantly regretted my purchase. Once printer was received and set up I was very pleased that it was so easy to set up and install. The first use went so smoothly but then....I went to use the very next day and couldn't get it to work at all! I spent hours reinstalling and troubleshooting with no resolution. I tried again a week later with it actually beginning to print but it would pull all the paper into the feeder at one time so I had to manually feed one page at a time but when I didnt feed the next page in the printer of course blinked out of paper and then wouldn't complete the job. I've had this printer for 2 months now and have been able to print only 6 jobs.
