    Lasted slightly over a year. System indicated paper jam, there wasn’t. Took to Geek Squad, was told it was hardware issue and that it was cheaper to replace printer with new one. I liked the functionality of printer. Did like replace after slightly over a year.

    The printer is fine. But what is not fine is the lack of help in setting it up. Someone is assuming that everything will be obvious to a new user. This is false and unacceptable.

    Setting up a new printer is always stressful. It took a couple tries to connect the pc to the printer but it was accomplished in an afternoon. So far so good. Couldn’t figure out how to fix when “offline”. It must have reconnected on its own.

    So far, so good. It does what it's supposed to do and performs great. I never have to worry about making sure that it's online before I print. The only thing I dislike is not having a display on the actual printer, and having to rely on my phone.

    I like the printer, but it seems to disconnect from the internet a lot so I print and they have to do a few things to make it actually print. Small lights/buttons on front right panel are not really self-explanatory. Prints quick and quality good though.
