    A nice printer we bought for traveling and which was needed by my son for school. Easy to set up using the App. Have yet to try using this with a direct connect USB. Quality of the printer is fine. I did buy extra cartridges as I heard they were harder to find. I doubt I would use this if printing large volumes of material but for our purposes it has worked well so far.

    This printer is really nice, i do like it but I gave it 3 stars because it came with instant ink which is absolutely horrible. I dont recommend. It came in handy when i was a college student and printed a lot but now that i graduated, they didnt want to cancel the subscription and also try to continue charging me. The printer is almost useless without it because i cant seem to figure out how to get it to work with regular ink cartridges. Its just weird to me.

    It is probably a decent printer, but we only purchased it after spending an afternoon attempting to update our old printer which is no longer supported. This one has no buttons or screen on the device, and we must use the app to adjust printer settings or do anything other than print. . . inconvenient and less user friendly.

    It took several attempts to connect the printer to the internet and have it recognized by HP. Very slow response time after Print is clicked. Decent quality print once it gets going.

    still learning how to use, so far its printed out multiple of the same papers i needed but that could have be my error also. not positive. turns on fast prints at a regular speed. a little noisy.

    I love this printer. I researched online and decided that the ENVY 6455e printer would be a good fit for my needs. Best Buy was the only store that had them in stock, although I did have to go to a store a little farther away than my normal Best Buy but it was worth it. I also love the ability to print directly from our mobile devices. The one thing I would mention is that I recently had the need to either copy or scan a 11x14 document and the printer could not get the entire document. But I would still recommend this printer.
