    Took awhile to setup ...like 4 hours. But, once it was setup, I love it. High quality print....colors bright.

    We love our new. Printer. However, we were not computer literate enough to set it up. Our very patient son came over to help. His very close literate friend assured him it was a five minute job. I can not tell you how happy we were when he needed to call the help line. However, again the help line lady was so very patient and so very pleasant. So the whole experience starting with the young man who assisted us at the store was a pleasure filled experience.

    I purchased this printer for my 10-year-old daughter to complete homework assignments. The positive points are that this printer is small and simple enough for her to utilize. It was simple to connect to her desktop. However, I feel that the connection cable to the desktop should have been included. I hand to buy the connection cables. I could have connected to her computer wirelessly but I wanted a direct and immediate connection.
