Right box- wrong computer

I opened it as soon as it arrived only to find a white HP with no camera or wireless charging- a completely different model. I had to settle for the HP Pavilion 27" since they didn't have this model in my store. It was a super disappointing experience considering this was my first time purchasing a HP computer.

Open Box is it worth it?

Was excited to set it up got here really fast 2 day shipping. the AC power cord didnt want to stay put in back of the computer it kept coming out. so i had to return it to my local bestbuy and i got a refund. So sad they cant even check if its working or not, just a waste of time for me.

Keyboard and mouse failure

Outstanding computer

Wish I had 5 of them....thank you hp.

No match for Apple Mac.

Yes, I've removed bloatware and work mainly from my external hard drive. This thing will not even go into screensaver mode. I called HP and they said I'd have to pay for software support ... FOR A SCREEN SAVER ISSUE?!? No match for Apple Mac. My next desktop will be a Mac. Great for non heavy lifting projects. Would love to speak with HP about this issue.
