I personally had a lot of trouble connecting to wifi and to hotspot, though it may have been Norton. The geeks tried to help but I ended up returning for a more useful iPad.

Posted .This Lenovo Yoga 6 13, model number 82ND006YUS, ships with a 30-day trial of McAfee Virus Protection Software installed. It will activate automatically with the initial activation of Windows 11 and protect your computer for the 30-day trial period. You do not need to use McAfee VPS. You can uninstall McAfee and use the free Windows Defender VPS that comes with Windows 11 or you can uninstall McAfee and then install your choice of any compatible 3rd party VPS. The key is to uninstall McAfee if you will not be using it, as there can only be one active VPS on the computer at a time. Having more than one VPS product on your computer at the same time may have been the cause of your WiFi connectivity issues. Lenovo needs to improve their product

There were issues with the former Lenovo which I hoped had been worked out. However, the things I disliked before are even more exasperating now and there are new challenges. Also, my understanding is that Microsoft has made a lot of changes to their program as well. I have never had to call the Geek Squad or bring my computer over to Best Buy as many times as I have done since purchasing this computer. I'm doing my best to adjust to all of this but it is extremely frustrating. I will never purchase Lenovo again. Calling the Geek Squad is challenging. Some staff are excellent and some have no clue what they are doing. Wish I could have given 5 stars but not this time. Hope things improve.

The heart of the Yoga 6 13 is the Windows 10 Operating System. If you are having difficulty using Windows 10, you may want to try YouTube.com (just type that address in your browser address window). There are hundreds for free instructional videos there about Windows 10. Just type Windows 10 Introduction in to the YouTube search window. You can watch free videos there that will show you the basics all the way up to tips and tricks videos and they're all free. If the issues continue, you can call Lenovo Tech Support for issues with the Yoga 6 13 hardware at: 877-453-6686.
