    Works as expected and was ez to setup. I am a totaltech member and had them as backup but after reviewing the directions and watching a couple how-to videos, I went for it and it went very well. Features are great, and although still 1080p, the video quality and range of view is awesome.

    This was an upgrade of an older Ring camera. It works but the light goes on and off by itself all night without any motion and it reports a low WiFi signal even after we purchased and installed the Ring Chime Pro to extend WiFi signal. We did not have these issues with the last Ring camera installed.

The features and technology provided by the Ring Floodlight Cam Pro are incredibly valuable and help provide you with peace of mind about your home security. We can definitely provide you with more information regarding the concern mentioned in your review.

      It sounds like the device is not performing as expected in regards to light setting. The Ring Floodlight Cam Pro is an outdoor security camera designed to provide you with the ability to customize your camera's zone coverage, motion settings and light settings in the Ring app. If the light on your Ring Floodlight Cam Pro turns on and off by itself, here are some troubleshooting steps to try:

      * Try turning the light off manually within the Ring app. If it comes back on, examine the camera's view for anything that might be triggering motion detection.
      * Verify that a Light Schedule isn't enabled in the app and causing the light to activate.
      * Check the Device Health section of your Ring app to ensure the device’s RSSI is within an acceptable range. The recommended range for optimal performance is 0 to -60 for the RSSI.
      * Reboot your device from the Ring app by tapping "Reboot This Device" from the Device Health page.

      Regarding the low WiFi signal issue, your router is still your main source of connection for your Ring device even with your Chime Pro. Ideally, the maximum distance between the router and your device is 20-25 feet with the Chime Pro about halfway between the Ring device and your router. If possible, try moving the router closer to the device. Also, make sure your router is not in a closet or behind furniture, like a sofa, so the router has an unobstructed signal.

    This floodlight is more than worth it. The visual quality and sound are better than I thought! The very 1st night we had it up and running, it caught some lady attempting to walk up my driveway but as soon as the flood light turn on she turned away so fast it was literally like a commercial.

    Excellent Ring Pro 2 video camera. But you must purchase the ring chine extender,for an additional $65.00 dollars. You must purchase the yearly program to review and video. The only thing that Ring should re-design, is to have the lights to be Bright led. This camera has stopped a few burglaries in the neighborhood,
