    Great resolution and super adjustable compared to other brands. You are able to select a zone out of the video full view to eliminate unwanted motion. How awesome is that.

    Our Ring camera/light system was installed by independent contractors who were efficient and more importantly very helpful with setup. They also helped us with suggestions to modify settings to be less impactful on nearby neighbors.

    I love my flood light and i love that it has the option to make it motion activated. The camera is crisp and clear and the speaker is great. The only thing i dont like is where it was installed which has nothing to do with the product itself. And since i have toral texh all i need tk so is contact them. Its a great peoduct

    I had a previous generation of the Ring floodlight cam and I am very happy with it. It has not given me any problems in almost 3 years since I installed it. Based on that I got the new version but after about 6 months of installation, it disconnected from wifi. Now it is mounted high up so I will need to climb a tall ladder. I am wondering if this is a device issue. Both floodlights are connected to the Ring Chime. The older one is still going strong. I really love the design and the lights but if it needs to be reconnected frequently, I am not sure I will purchase again. We will see.

      Hi frmCrts. Knowing you can rely on your Floodlight Cams to be aware of what's going on at your home is an important concern. If your Floodlight Cam Wired Pro is disconnecting from wifi, it may not be receiving as strong of a signal as your other Floodlight Cam. I'd suggest reviewing the RSSI on the Device Health page to see if the new Floodlight Cam is receiving a strong and stable signal. You can learn more about how to improve the signal in this Help Center article: https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/217271526-Understanding-RSSI-and-Wifi-Signal-Strength.
