It sounds like there was some confusion surrounding how the Ring Floodlight Cam Pro is powered. The Ring Floodlight Cam Pro is powered by a hardwired connection to a standard 100V-240V AC power source, requiring existing outdoor wiring and a 4-inch round junction box for installation.
