Way more features on the pro than the plus which I definitely like. The only downside is it a tad slower to send alerts than the plus.

Only complaints is adjusting the sensitivity seems to be difficult I am still working on it. Having to pay for the recording capability

As with other ring products its easy to use and easier to install. The bird eye view is a great feature. The only reasons i have not given this 5 stars is with all the innovation put into this product it would make sense to have color led. Its in the back yard and would be great to change the color if when we have a party.

Had to greatly reduce the camera motion zones and motion sensitivity to prevent this from continuing. Also had to greatly reduce motion zones for lights to keep the lights from continuing to turn on and off.

We are confident we can find a solution that works well for you and your home’s environment.
I would be happy to address your concern regarding the issue that you are experiencing with the motion detection of your Ring Floodlight Cam Pro. Accuracy in motion detection can also be improved by enabling Smart Alerts for people only in your Ring app. To enable Smart Alerts:
Tap the menu (≡) on the top left.
Tap Devices.
Tap the device that you want to adjust.
Tap Motion Settings.
Tap Smart Alerts.
Tap Enable Feature.
Tap Continue.
Select the notification options that you want for Person and Other Motion.
You'll see a video camera where you can select or de-select recording and a bell icon to represent alert notifications.
After you've adjusted your settings tap Done.
