    I was really expecting a huge difference in video quality. That's why I bought this one, to replace a previous ring floodlight that wasn't providing good video because the lens got foggy (in 3 years). Buy the cheaper model if looking for a floodlight camera, there's no big difference on video quality.

    Camera went offline after about a month. Looks like some water got behind the camera lense. Contacted ring and they say it is user error and refuse to honor the 1 year warranty. These things are not meant to be outside and are not weather proof according to their customer service rep from India. Maybe if you live somewhere not in Florida they would last longer, which is why I’m giving it an extra star (from 1 to 2).

    Excellent model. It did short out after a heavy rainfall but as long as you have totaltech it makes it smooth.
