Ring allows you to control the brightness and had the dusk/dawn feature that automatically turns on the flood lights.

Works well day and night and is also very responsive. This is an add-on device to my current Ring home alarm system and works well synchronizing with my other Ring camera devices.

Older version mounted in same spot reported fine wifi signal. This model says the signal is low. Same router in same spot and I even went and moved anything metal out of the way after noticing the low signal reading- no change.

It sounds like there was some confusion surrounding how the Ring Floodlight Cam Pro is powered. The Ring Floodlight Cam Pro is powered by a hardwired connection to a standard 100V-240V AC power source, requiring existing outdoor wiring and a 4-inch round junction box for installation. No False Alarms!

I thought I had one false alarm but close examination showed my neighbor going into his back door! One star deduction for value, the original price seemed a little high and as with all ring devices it is pretty well worthless without paying the monthly fees.

I would recommend to measure up the place where you plan to install this be ause it is bulky and might not fit. Also, get the solar charger if you can. Excellent product. And yeah...Best Buy rocks!
