Great camera but needs better waterproofing

The problem is water leaks. I’ve returned this outdoor mounted camera twice already because of moisture/humidity on the lens. I’m glad that I have the Total Tech protection plan because Best Buy made it easy to swap them out for new cameras. Installation is very easy once you get an electrician to run power to the area where you will mount. Best Buy installation DOES NOT INCLUDE ELECTRICAL POWER SOURCE.

The Ring Floodlight Cam Wired Pro has "Advanced Motion Detection," "Customizable Motion Zones" and "Customizable Privacy Zones" that are controlled from the Ring app. In addition, the Floodlight Cam Wired Pro has advanced features including radar-powered "3D Motion Detection," "Bird’s Eye View" for more precise motion alerts, "Audio+," a 110db security siren, dual-band wifi, is compatible with Amazon Sidewalk, and an array microphone that limits sound detection.
Installation by a qualified electrician may be required in your area.
Ring doorbells and outdoor security cameras are water-resistant and designed to withstand normal rainfall and snow. Ring products are not waterproof and should not be submerged in water or sprayed with high pressure water. If you can, it is recommended to keep your Ring device under a protective overhang such as a hanging roof.

The lights stopped working because of water ans i replaced it but overall everything else worked fine. Definitely recommend.

Everything is easy to manage in the app. It gives a sense of security.

We activated system today and have not had a chance to use it. Therefore, i cannot evaluate system at this time.
