Best Buy dis nothing to help even tho we reported it. So we are stuck paying for an entire system that was stolen. Very disappointing considering we have done the majority of our tech shopping through best buy

Looks like some water got behind the camera lense. Contacted ring and they say it is user error and refuse to honor the 1 year warranty. These things are not meant to be outside and are not weather proof according to their customer service rep from India. Maybe if you live somewhere not in Florida they would last longer, which is why I’m giving it an extra star (from 1 to 2).
