Worked fine for about a year and then just wouldn’t turn on. I kept getting the blue blinking light and tried troubleshooting to no avail. Geek squad wouldn’t take it and Samsung said it’s most likely the mother board.

An excellent machine with two minor flaws. The power unit does NOT have a light like Apple and Microsoft computers so you can be not plugged into fully and not know it. Worse they have an S pen but NO PLACE TO PUT OR HOLD IT. THAT IS A SERIOUS ERROR. Outside of that a truly great machine and while I didnt need a two for one would have bought the galaxy book 360 not the pro but it didnt have a touch screen and was slightly.

Lightweight, fast and powerful. The compouter is plenty even for Adobe Creative Suite.

I wanted to upgrade my laptop to match w/ my phone. My top fave features are storage capacity, Bio fringerprint access, and touch screen. The stylus was a plus but NOT necessary. 4/5 stars bec the camera is so ordinary. The speaker location makes it hard for me to hear and NO USB for my mouse! It's ridiculous!!!

For the money the specs for this laptop are quite impressive. Screen is beautiful although only 1080 and the processor is quite good. Light, folds and includes a pen. Battery life is average but not great. The negatives for this laptop outweigh the pros. First the typing on the keyboard is awkward due to the number pad on the right and the keys have minimal travel. And the biggest flaw is the laptop vents out of the bottom, the is right vents out the bottom!! What was Samsung thinking? Manual says not to block the vent. So for a laptop you can’t use this on your lap. You have to use a desk or lap desk to prevent blocking the vent. The last flaw is the flimsy cover. I feel like when I open the laptop I will break the screen. Long term concern here. I think these negatives were a way for Samsung to keep the weight down on the laptop. Unfortunately these decisions result in the issues previously mentioned.

Great value, great computer. Only, don't buy if you want to listen to music or videos. So far, everything has worked well. Love the LED touch screen, love the speed. Only problem is that for some reason, you can't tweak the sound - not even with amplified speakers. Maybe I can find a work-around. But, for now, sound is the weakest link for this powerful, full-featured, laptop/tablet.

Very nice laptop. Wished it was a little more sturdy but thats not on best buy its on samsung. Only thing wished beatbuy had the other color options as well would have liked to have the bronze or silver depending on how they looked upclose. But it was a good value for what was coming with the laptop and sale was ending. Different color option was not even available online. SQL will not install on the laptop which may be a windows issue. Otherwise, looks, speed, ram, hard disk, and everything else checks out fine. A lot of people say the body is plastic but, it is not. It's some kind of metal and very slick. Have to be very careful and baby it. I purchased a sleeve for it from amazon and put it in the sleeve that fits like a glive then put it in my backback. Never had to baby a laptop before but with this one you just can not do less. Wanted to return it and get something else too but as i said something else with these specs would have been closer to $2000. So, i just have to be more careful. If you don"t want to baby it dont buy it.
