Super slim! I like the color but my fingerprints stay in the computer, beautiful computer thought

I needed a new laptop and wanted something that was very portable and full of options. This laptop fit the bill. I have Samsung products throughout my home and I'm able to connect the laptop to my phone and my television. It's very lightweight and the Mystic blue color is great. The screen is so vibrant... Perfect for watching videos.

Super light, nice screen, only thing is the speaker isn't loud enough.

I have hands on experience that allows me to say this Samsung is a great machine. My first home computer was a tower DOS machine, as Windows had not been introduced. My DOS machine was acquired about 1981, and Windows was introduced in 1983. I've owned and used many computers over the years. Years of experience gives me confidence to boast about this machine. I would that it came in my timeline earlier.

Okay computer graphically and aesthetically. It is lightweight and fun to use, but there have been many glitches and errors as I have been using it. Overall, I am completely disappointed with my purchase and will not be purchasing from Bestbuy again. I am on my 3rd unit of this laptop. Initially, I purchased it as an open box Geeksquad certified item. It had mechanical issues with a weak point in the bottom which made the trackpad unusable when it was not on a table (on my lap). The second one I traded in for was a LIKE NEW item but it had scratches on the surface and corners. The third time I went in, they convinced me to pay the difference and get a new unit. One I am currently using. Additionally, I was supposed to get a price match for this product but Bestbuy did not fulfill their guarantee. It was within the purchase window, and the sale was posted on their website. Best BYE.
