    Been a Best Buy shopper for years, I should own a store by now. I've tried buying from other places but it simply doesn’t compare and there deals make up for the bit higher priced extended ins. Also I've never had any extended insurance on something that could compare to there's. Plus they keep receipts for you so you don't need to. All products all the time are great there.

    I bought this for my wife for Christmas. She just needed something to surf the web, write emails and do shopping. This laptop is very similar to my dell laptop which she is very familiar with. So, very easy for her to learn and navigate it. I love that it is has 128SSD storage for this price! She loves this new laptop! Great purchase! After all my research I would say that for her needs this really was the Best Buy!

    I have one and because it's so fulfilling, we bought another for our grandson. Everything from the memory to the back lite keys gives me the power and user friendly operation. This is the first Chromebook OS I've been subjected to and it took getting use to. As prior I have used Microsoft OS for PC's and the key boards to support that OS. I missed a few favorite active keys. After a short acclamation period I was quite at home with the work arounds for the differences between the two OS's.

    Not a huge fan of Chromebooks, but when our laptop went down, this was a cheaper alternative than buying a new laptop while waiting for Geek Squad to repair ours. Does pretty good for what we need; email, video chat, browsing the internet, etc. Works good for a backup in emergencies. And since its an HP, it has a few more options than some of the others i looked at.
