Be sure to load cups on top rack as water pressure is so great the cups (if loaded on bottom) will be flipped upright and filled with water.

I want to say the guys, Mike and Rolland were GREAT! They had deliver the previous 3 items before the dishwasher. They explained everything about the appliances. I do have to say they mentioned their boss wanted them to use these new straps that go around their necks and honestly, they had red marks on their necks could not turn to see where they were going and I felt bad for them. I hope the management may re-evaluate how uncomfortable they can be and do more harm to the necks than anything.
