Perfect for gaming on the go. Nice size and weight, and a good catalog of games for people that don't need to dock the system

As always great quality! I actually have 3 switch lites now for each kidn and 1 switch oled. great to keep the kids happy and they can take their games everywhere. If you own more then one and have multiple people using them, you can use a family plan to save money.

It was a gift for my sister and she loved it. The color was better in person than I thought it’d be, it’s not such a bright pink. I gave it a star less on quality only because it is all plastic and can feel a bit cheap but serves the purpose of being robust which is great for kids. The Switch Lite is perfect for casual gamers who have no desire to play it on the TV and want a fun very portable gaming experience.

Nice light weight hand held gaming system. Easy to use,even for kids. A lot of great games to pick from,even a few free games. Definitely would make a great gift.

It’s an awesome device overall. It does what is intended and seems like an updated version of the DS. Downside will always be the inability to use mobile data with it unless your phone has hotspots. But if you play offline games, that’s no issue. Does run pretty slowly once you get a few games and a bit of save data, so much so that my sister questioned why it took forever to load for a new system. And no, it wasn’t my WiFi because I have too notch WiFi and boosters around the house. I found myself not playing with it after about a month, but was unwilling to spend any more $ on games. Got this for my mom as an early Christmas gift. She LOVES it and now plays more video games than I do! She's almost 60 and this is her first console, so I was a little concerned that it might be hard to teach her how to use it, but she was playing Animal Crossing after only an hour. She's always been a big fan of World of Warcraft but I don't think she's logged into it since she got this. It's so much cheaper to play games on the Switch, so my dad's happy, too.

So happy with my purchase! Perfect size for casual gaming, and the color is vibrant and beautiful. And I'm glad i got it in person from Best Buy, vs ordering from a different online website. This way I was able to immediately see that the console was in good condition.

This is NOT the full switch. There are some people that are getting confused by the price? THIS only works as a handheld gaming system and will not work on your TV. Outstanding gaming rig. A lot of minor things that have been left out. Do your research.... some games will not work on this handheld gaming device. Some will require a joy-con to be able to play them. Excellent for traveling.

Wanted this exact color and best buy had it! This is another way to go through out the day and not just be on my phone. This was not my first hand held gaming system. I am not a big gammer. This is easy to use for a beginner and am able to take it anywhere. If you are wanting to play games and not have something big and bulky and do not care that it does not connect to the tv this is the way to go. Comes in many other colors. The buy hot topic of 2020

Kids friendly like a hand held computer. Although it is expensive never went on sale.

Was a gift for my daughter. She loves it! Perfect size for a toddler. Not too heavy and easy to use.

I bought this for my 6 year-old and he loves it. I have the launch edition and it's actually alot smaller than I though. It's also pretty durable since he's already dropped it on the sidewalk and had no damage visually. All the games I have are playable and the screen is big enough as well. The only minor negative I have is the battery does drain fast, so have the charger handy.

I've had the original switch before purchasing this one and would hardly ever dock it to my TV. I decided to trade in my original switch for the lite due to it being more light weight and more colors to choose from. It is actually an awesome experience playing with the switch lite in handheld mode compared to the OG switch. Not only is it lightweight, the screen has a greater DPI 'Dots Per Inch' Than the original switch, due to it being a little smaller. Its a great piece of hardware for the price.

The coral color is so cute. I've gotten so many hours of gameplay out of it already. I don't regret getting a lite instead of a full switch at all! It's perfect. Small and light to hold, but the screen is plenty large enough and looks great. I never care about playing on the tv screen or doing multiplayer - I prefer the cost savings and the more hold-able size. So happy with this purchase!

Great console highly recommended Pros: Much more portable and much easier to hold in the hand. Due to the fact the joycons are not detachable the console feels much better built and robust. Where as the original switch felt a bit flimsy. Great size perfect for travel, commutes or kids Improved battery life Screen is sharper due to the higher PPI Better buttons Cons: The colours aren't as vibrant in real life The finish is a bit rough and prone to scuffs.

The switch lite is a great alternative to the "full sized" handheld counterpart. It is a little bit tougher, the battery lasts longer and the screen is a more flexible material than the glass on the fullsize. This is perfect for a 9 year old that is going to drop it and get it dirty. Nintendo also has a growing lineup of games that are free and do not require any additional monthly subscription to play. (see fortnite, apex, etc.)

As an owner of an original Switch, I wasn't sure if I'd like the Lite. I recently purchased this as a gift and I have to say it fits great in the hands and feels high quality! Even more comfortable to play on the go than the original, and a great price to boot. Would gladly recommend to anyone!
