The person who answers the Q&A on Best Buy is the only one who has the answer. Go to settings > advanced > print and scan > add printer > enter a name > enter your printers IP address (find it in either the brother app after you connect from phone or in the web gui). Click add - and chromebook sets it up from IPP or something. Wasted an hour until I found the Q&A

Chrome not compatible

No where does it state that anywhere in this description and that’s a pretty big deal when you have a college kid using chrome. Called brother and they confirmed it can’t be hooked up with chrome. Then he said I should have known that cause brother released a press statement in December 2020. Yea cause I watch for all press statements from all companies. Get that crap out of here.
