    Not as great as I expected. Long print times & I did not pay close enough attention or consider how obnoxious it would be without an easier setting for double sided printing.

    I think this printer is probably pretty good, but my reason for the low rating is the setup. I’m not a tech-savvy person, so I can’t understand why it has to be so difficult to get working with my desktop computer. Too much reliance on the internet. I don’t even have internet service in my home, and don’t plan on having it. It should sync up easily and quickly. Even getting it working with my iPhone is more trouble than it should be. Never should have done away with software.
