Satisfied with overall manufacturing. Suction is not as desired. Battery life is very low

This is very easy to use, clean with and charge. I'm glad I got this item during the holidays.

I purchased this item on November 24, 2021 and I am not impressed. It constantly gets clogged underneath so you have to turn it over and take it apart to do so and the red light does not turn on so you have to constantly check. To empty is nasty doing because you have to pull it out with your hand.

I have a other Shark product but with cords. When I got this one, I "liked" it okay but didn't "love" it. I have 2 dogs and the reviews I saw, other dog owners loved it. I find that it doesn't suck up the dog hair well and now it won't even suck up the the sand on my floors. I have hardwood and rugs. I had cleaned it out very real over and over. I am disappointed in this vacuum but I've had it to long to return. I honestly could trash it because it doesn't work. :( WASTE OF MONEY

I like the light weight and ease of use. The run time is a maximum of 40 minutes depending on how much you use the boost suction which I have to use often to get the suction that I need to get dog hair and sand. I hope it's more durable than it feels. Time will tell.

First I have to say I love Shark Vacuums!! This is my 4th one!! I started small and then went to 2 larger ones and now have this little gem for quick runs! This is a small but mighty cordless vacuum that works really well. Unboxing this was easy as the unit was well protected and packaged. There were 3 great attachments, crevice tool, dusting brush, and anti-allergen dust brush that were wrapped in a light "paperish" product - instead of plastic!! Fortunately I have a bag from my other Shark vacuums that I can use for storing these! I assembled it quickly and easily as the components just snap together, and with a push of a button they come apart when needed. It had some charge in the battery so I took it for a short spin thru the kitchen, family room and laundry room - great job! I then removed the removable battery (nice!) and let it fully charge. This charge has lasted for about 2 weeks with average quick job usage. This vacuum has more power than I anticipated from a cordless - my 1st time owning a cordless. I love that with a push of a button you can go from floor to carpet and use a boost if needed. It has a great swivel head and isn't too heavy to maneuver around the kitchen chairs and under tables with ease. To clean and empty the dust cup is easy, just put it over the trashcan and push the release button. It took me a few minutes to locate the removable filters but I found them!! Love that the awesome HEPA filters are washable and you don't have to purchase new ones all the time! This is a mighty cordless vacuum that stores on itself by hanging the vacuum part on the storage hook on the wand area. Fits nicely in a closet. I also have used it when cleaning the stairs and find it works great and is much lighter than using my larger Shark. My son used this to clean his car and commented on how easy and powerful it was to switch heads to use it. Said it was much better than the little cordless vac he uses. I am thrilled to have added this cordless Shark Rocket to my collection of Shark vacuums - definitely would recommend!!

This cordless upright by Shark is surprisingly powerful, though I shouldn't be too surprised as my previous Shark Ion P50 was plenty powerful and heavier too. The surprise comes in how light-weight the unit feels. I thought it might not pick up as much as the bigger unit, but it actually finds more dust and hair balls from both the dog and the girls. The main issue I've had with all vacuums up to this point is the annoying hair wrap that eventually requires you to get your hands dirty pulling and cutting the braid of tightly wrapped fur. I'm ecstatic to declare, with the Pet Plus, that is now a thing of the past; the fins and plush bristles on the roll pass along the stringy debris with out clinging to it. It's quiet in hard floor mode, then sounds like a full size plug-in vacuum on carpet mode, an absolute confidence booster that this will get the job done. The removable wand/brush-roll unit makes it easy and compact enough to clean furniture and dust with the duster attachment. The dust bin is quite large and appears to be compartmentalized so larger debris and fine dust particles are separated creating less mess when you empty it. The LED light on the front does a good job illuminating dark corners. The suction boost trigger is in a good spot and easy to access, though it drains the battery rather quickly if done too often. The battery lasted me a good half hour, even with the use of boost mode. Being an upright with the core weight at the handle usually means you have to lean it somewhere or it needs a bulky base. The people over at Shark thought of it and included a slot toward the bottom of the wand for the core unit to hang on so it rests in the upright position. A great unit that does a better job than units twice the price.
