Overpriced poor performance

Does not have a strong suction for our bare hardwood floors. Hated having to hold the trigger the whole time while using it. When using it we felt ripped off based on its $400 price tag.

useless for carpet

Do not recommend

Dyson is a better option

First vacuum, the battery would last 3 minutes on a charge. That was returned and we tried again. Second vacuum should've only had a three minute charge because that's how quickly it'll become clogged when using it. We're lucky if dust doesn't clog this thing. This vacuum is garbage. Spend the money on a Dyson!!

Worst Shark vacuum I’ve ever purchased!!

Dont waist your money

Terrible

Doesn’t pick up pet hair or crumbs off the floor. It claims it’s for pet hair however it gets stuck. I like to vacuum once every other day due to dog hair and this does NOT do the job I need it to do. At this point I will never buy another shark product again.

Piece of Junk Do NOT waste your money

We have returned one and will be returning another one. This is NOT a good pet vacuum. I would not recommend this vacuum to anyone with pets as it can NOT handle hair at all. Very disappointed. Do not waste the money this is not a good choice.
