I really like the performance and the color. This is by far my favorite monitor I've had. Works perfect with my ps5 and I use it for programming as well. Only issue is I got a stuck pixel

Overall it is a decent monitor but the black levels are seriously lacking as well as brightness. Of course this is true for almost every IPS monitor so if you are okay with that then everything else about the monitor is great. Great motion handling, refresh rate and plays great with the Xbox and PS5, just know that HDR on this monitor really does not impress. The color might be better, more vibrant but the lack of brightness really makes it almost pointless. If you're looking for a 4K 120hz monitor with HDMI 2.1 to also use with your Xbox or PS5 then they're not many options as of this date, however, if you're only use is for a PC then you can get something better and cheaper than this.

Yeahh no. Its a beatiful screen, nice graphics, love the changing color lights etc. Hate that it has a problem with the display port. Apparently its a Samsung software messup. When your turn it on, it sometimes will not detect the display port and go into stand by mode or somthing. If you leave your computer alone for like 15 or 20 minutes...it'll go on the mode and youll have to keep restarting your computer. Dont recommend you get this.

A fantastic monitor, colors are vibrant, games in 4K at 144hz are absolutely stunning in motion, absolutely no complaints. Looks great on the PC and the PS5, also upscales the Switch very nicely. An excellent monitor, absolutely no complaints here.

Overall a very good monitor. I am using with a 3080Ti and it is solid. Only complaint would be a little bit of backlight bleed towards the top right corner of the panel but this is unique to each unit and mine is not noticeable except on completely black screens.

Dead pixel line appeared. Good thing best buy refunded me.

My son loves this monitor!!! It is crystal clear at 144Hz in 4k in all games he plays. I saw a few bad reviews but took the chance on it anyways being everything I have in my house is Samsung and it was well worth it!!!!

An ABSOLUTELY AMAZING Monitor! I've been through a number of options for both my PS5 and a PC gaming unit, and this one hits all the bills. HDR, 4K, +120Mhz, 1ms response time, etc. This unit checks all the boxes. I'd highly recommend it.

i really couln't believe how great this monitor was!

Be sure to change your settings on the monitor to av and not pc and vola you’ll get the next gen gaming experience you’ve been dreaming of! Hdr is actually pretty impressive as well! The local dimming works and really lets the dark areas of the game look brilliant and not grey. Setting reccomendations: colors leave at 50 for all three. Saturation up to 60 if your running hdr up it to 75 dont be scared. And the black level set to low not normal. Brightness 80-100 but really depends on how bright your room is, contrast 75. Local dimming on. Gamma mode one in some games and mode two in others. Mode 2 looks better but in games like vanguard the clouds are to bright and kind of blend together (honestly i like how it looks in hdr in the dynamic hdr mode it just has best of both worlds. I like the custom picture setting for sdr and cinama in hdr. Hope this helps some of you all! Take advantage of the black friday discount!

Love the resolution and frame rates when playing my PS5

Good monitor - expensive - you can get same performance with a cheaper monitor. Only reason I bought is the HDMI 2.1 for the Ps5 - not impressed by Ps5

Love this monitor great quality easy setup for gaming

The monitor screen quality itself is amazing with no dead pixels and minimal backlight bleed. However there are two issues with this monitor when using displayport on a PC with Windows 10/11. First, it will on rare occasions flicker when playing games, so I'm unsure if this is really 100% g-sync compatible. Second, don't expect to use sleep mode. It will work just fine at first. However occasionally you'll experience what I can only describe as a "black screen of death". The monitor will at first light up when you try to wake it out of sleep. Sometime a second swipe will work. But other times it won't and it'll kick Windows into "black screen of death" mode. There is absolutely nothing you can do to recover from this situation other than resetting the computer. Not even Shift-Ctrl-Win-B will work. The computer stays black through POST and doesn't recover until Windows itself begins loading. One way to 100% guarantee a black screen of death is to try initiating an RDP session while the local console is in sleep mode. You get your "Black screen of death" on BOTH your local desktop and the remote app!! I even had to power cycle my phone after trying this, along with my computer of course. But if you simply turn the monitor off first (not letting it sleep), you can RDP into windows remotely just fine and it works perfectly. So 100% it is the monitor. I've dealt with two of these monitors and both experienced the above flaws the same. Both monitors have firmware 1004 but allegedly these monitors come with 1005 now. So who knows, maybe some of these issues are fixed with 1005. But as of today, only 1004 is available on the Samsung support site, so I cannot update my firmware yet. I may need to do an exchange just to get the newer firmware. Sad, but true. Perhaps these issues only happen with my specific hardware? I'm on an ASUS Dark Hero Crosshair VIII with 5900X cpu and an ASUS RTX 3090 Strix graphics card. If this is similar to what you have, beware! If you plan on using this only with HDMI and a game console, none of the above likely will apply to you, other than the great screen quality of course.
