Was.fine, but you need more people to work at your stores if the products are going to be locked up, otherwise it makes it difficult to buy.

Perfect gift for my 4 year old friend of the family. He loves it. There is so much on these tablets that is educational. Great investment. Perfect for his 1st computer.

Perfect tablet for the price, very responsive, I only have a couple of apps that I need to use, so it's been a great table so far. Streaming is pretty good.

Nice tablet,soft touch screen. It doesn't have the latest Android version. You can't get some apps from the play store. Wireless Bluetooth and wi fi works great.

Bought for out of town relative and then ordered note book cover. I ordered the cover and ordered the wrong size. Did not get back to pick up the cover for a couple of weeks. Took it to store and was told I was a few days beyond the return period. NOT HAPPY. Bought a desk top, lap top, two tablets, and accessories from Best Buy in the past. After this reponse on the return, guess who I will not buy from again---BeSt Buy!!!!

This is a handy little thing. Still getting used to the abilities it has. Definitely a cross between laptop and phone with size and function.

We are currently using as a curbside bell for our restaurant. It's a nice tablet, works for basic stuff, nothing crazy like doing whole projects or stuff like that.

You know I think it’s a good device but I wouldn’t buy it again Samsung makes great tablets but you’re gonna have to pay a little more I’d look at buying the S8.

It's compact, but it runs MS Office! This was purchased for my elderly mother. She loves it. The reason for MS Office is so she can play Microsoft Mahjong!

This was bought as a gift. I had bought one previously for myself and like the tablet and the person I bought it for really liked mine.

I didn't receive a Samsung tablet as adverstised, I received some other brand of tablet, garbage. Tried to return product but Best Buy will not process return. Best Buy will not provide replacement product or issue a refund. Just awful. Trying to figure how to address this situation.

Perfect for streaming and light use games, i got it for my 6yr old daughter, way better price range for this age, an ipad is overkill fornthem at that age

I had a Samsung Tablet that I use during my zoom sessions unfortunately it needed to be upgraded so I decided to buy a new one.

For the price this is a great tablet. Don’t expect ground breaking performance, but I’d you just need a small tablet to do lightweight tasks this is perfect

Unfortunately the tablet I got had trouble turning on and off. I had to return it. I was hoping it would be a decent affordable option for basic things. I imagine I got a defective one, but I didn't bother to try and replace with another one.

The charging port is on the bottom and makes is awkward to use while charging. Can't adjust screen brightness quickly as a kindle.
