Battery Life is Subpar Compared to Other Brands

It barely lasts 1 day with just basic settings. Unacceptable for a "smart" watch. Samsung can do better, but chooses not to. Makes NO sense. If you choose this watch, be prepared to charge it daily.

I row, do a stationary bike and an eliptical machine almost every day. The galaxy 4 keeps me informed. My wife uses the fitbit and is also pleased. As long as I am at home charging is not a problem. I can go about two days without a charge. I have not let the galaxy 4 rundown completely. There are several apps I have not used and probably will not use but who knows I may change my mind.
