My wife and I love our new washer, so great that we can choose to use the agitator or not, it’s removable! It operates so efficiently, one of the best purchases we’ve ever made

We’ve had this washer for approximately five months and I think we could not have made a better purchase. The washer has performed well and provided excellent service.

Great machine but cycles take much longer than my last one

In love with my new washer, make a little bit noise compare with my older one but cleaning very good my clothe

So far so good. Machine is quite and does what its supposed to do.

I purchased a Washer & Dryer set on 4/5/25 at The Coconut Point Store in Estero, Florida. The merchandise was on 4/9/25. The delivery was done. They came in took the machines and were gone in about 35 minutes. Later I realized that the dryer was not checked for content. I went to the store the morning of 4/14/25, trying to find where the dryer was or its contents. At that time, I spoke to Javon C, a manager who said that he wasn’t sure, but he believed that the picked-up machines were sent to Miami. I asked him to check further. Since I had not heard from him by 4/17/25 I returned to the store and spoke to Josh A another manager. He assured me that Javon would reach out to by 4/22/25. On 4/24/25 I returned to the store and spoke to Staci D another manager. She assured me that issue would be resolved and that she would escalate the issue to the LPR department. On 5/2/25 I spoke with Hunter another manager at the store and he told me that he would look into it and get back to me. On 5/15 I called Hunter again and he told me a new store manager was in place and he would discuss with him and call me back that day. On 5/20/25 I called and left a message for Hunter requesting a call back. What appalls me the most is the complete lack of customer service and follow through by this store and its management team. It is difficult for to comprehend that the 4 managerial people that I have dealt with at the store have NEVER call me back. I assume that as an individual customer I have no value. My local Best Buy was more compassionate in trying to provide help and answers, but to seem to receive the same response. Henry F

I got my washer delivered they did not hook it up or open the box to inspect the items. I got home from work and taught with this washer to get it to balance while washing .

Love it! Quiet and cleans the clothes well. The quick wash still gets the job done in less time. I really appreciate the option to take the agitator out if I want to.

The load size is wonderful . The removable agitator is great ! We are extremely satisfied!

So far, so good. I really like having the ability to remove the agitator.

Satisfied except that the washer does not have a timer that shows how much time is left and there is no audible alarm to notify when load has completed. Our older Westinghouse washer had those features.

The machine is so much quieter than our last one . I am enjoying the quality of wash and the appearance of the machine. I will soon order the matching drier.

I am very pleased with this top loader washer. I am able to wash all pillows and quilts. I never need to go to the launder mat to do this.

My Mother has always used products whirlpool. I absolutely love the washing machine. That all my products are whirlpool.
