Wish water level at least 2" higher than clothing level. Call me old school... i like the less texhnical machines. I can stop it... only if i unplug it

I bought this washer Nov 2023 not even a year in and it stopped working. They sent maintenance out to fix. Not even an hour after him leaving went to wash and couldn’t even get the load of clothes washed, had to set up another appointment, which by the way each appointment you set is a week or more out. Im not at all impressed, actually pretty irritated if this is the road I have to look forward to!!!!!
