    Spent $1800 on the set & am now left with washing clothes in my bathtub. Tried countess ways to get my clothes smelling and coming clean. Many different detergents and products. Many different machine cycles and timing to put in products. Sad I missed my return window by 1 day. Please make sure no one else spends their money on these! I don't have the money to buy something that works now. Thought about sending in a photo of me crying; that probably won't make me able to have a washing machine that works either though.

    It doesn't clean your clothes. I've had this washer since December or 2021 its now September 2022 and This washer is to good to be true. After my first wash it didnt clean my clothes right so i gave it months to keep trying to like it, maybe it just needs to break in lol. Nope. I thought it would be beneficial with the removable agitator but with or with out it doesn't wash your clothes properly. The clothes do not rotate enough for them to get clean they barely even move and when you think they're finally going to turn over to scrub it doesn't. I would not recommend this washer at all.
