Waited for a broken washing machine.

I understand this may happen BUT it took over three hours to get any answers. There solution was to deliver a new one and take the broken machine..............in 1 1/2 weeks!!! No compensation or anything.

Tub is full of water and will not drain and spin. Also Greek Squad plan is unless as the told me when I called for a tech to come out that they can’t come out until manufacturer warranty is over! Such a joke and a waste of money getting the Greek squad plan ! I AM ABSOLUTELY LIVID!

Bad washer

Had it finished in August and it has now went out again in June. I will never purchase another whirlpool.

The agitator easily comes out and goes right back it. The faucet has been a great and well used feature. When we pull clothes out, the water was so well spun out that the dry time has decreased compared to what our old washer could do.

The brand new washer was defective, I only had it 5daya before it started messing up. The store gave me a hard time returning it. They had my information mixed up with someone else information. After 2 weeks I still hadn’t gotten my money back.

Whirlpool top loader

It’s very quiet and runs must quicker cycles then my old one. Fingers crossed that this is a winner for years to come.

Wastes water and doesn’t clean considering the amount of water it uses. I intend to trade it in for a different machine ASAP. Replaced a Maytag front loader. Nothing to compare it to that machine. Doesn’t clean as well on any cycle. I guess a front loader is hard to beat.
