I really like this washer, and I'm glad we bought it. It does a great job washing our clothes, and I love that it is a top loader and has an agitator (that you can remove, if desired). I give it 4 instead of 5 stars because: it is so deep that it is awkward to remove all the wash out of it, and I'm 5'8"; I can't imagine how impossible it'd be for anyone shorter than me since it is uncomfortable for me at my height. Also, I hate the "water spray" button on the outer left rim- I find it useless AND I constantly hit it by accident when retrieving my clean clothes from the washer, forcing me to re-wash them since I just accidently soaked them again with the "water spray" button. We never use the auto laundry soap dispenser; we use Blueland tablets instead and toss them in at the beginning of each wash. We love the "pre-soak" option: for no more water than a regular wash, the clothes get cleaner with this option.

Love our new washer! There are so many options and I love the removable agitator. Our clothes are coming out so clean. I haven't used all the features yet but one of my favorites is the "deep water" option.

Had to replace my whirlpool cabrio, similar gray color. It is easy to operate, love that it has the removal agitator which I believe cleans the clothes better than my Cabrio. It corrects the load when it is off balanced. The only thing is it is so loud! The first time I hear the big thumping noise (worried it would damage my new washing machine). But I had to let it go through its self correction cycle. Not as quiet compared to my Cabrio fr Whirlpool. But again it seems to wash our clothes better.

The removable agitator is great for washing bedding. The load and go soap dispenser makes washing so much easier because you don’t have to add soap each time as long as the reservoir has soap in it. This also makes it easier for delayed washing. The machine is a bit noisier than our last Samsung. The spin cycle works great to get most of the water out of the laundry making for a quicker dry time.

Fits so much, being able to remove the agitator is so convenient when washing comforters

I have this washer for about a month now and absolutely love it. The capacity is super huge with or without the agitator, the controls are easy to use and the wash cycle choices are great.

This is a big and use friendly washer i ever owned. I love that is a load and go washer. I don't have to remember if i forgot to put detergent in with the clothes or not. I do love how the middle of it can be removed to fit blankets etc. I didn't go wrong purchasing this washer.

Wow! What a great machine! My clothes are cleaner and using less water than before. The removable agitator really helps with some of those bulky items too. I wish I had purchased this machine a long time ago

il give you half a review. My friend had a old washer so i replace it for her with his Whirlpool brand. Whirlpool doing good in da stock market so i purchase Washer base off that. My friend says she likes it, the Agitator does its thing and the jeans come out clean. Sometimes when you buy quality stuff it saves you money, aint gotta replace it every two years. Yall be cool Lee Dogg in the house

This washing machine is amazing!! It is SO huge and I love all the features. The agitator that can be removed is also a huge plus when washing large blankets or comforters.

I bought this washer to replace a 10 year old LG washer. Overall it gets the job done. I like the soaking feature and the removable agitator. The only reason it gets 4 starts instead of three is the locking mechanism malfunctioned after about a month of use, so now I get to stand there and hold it closed for 30 seconds at the beginning of each wash cycle until the wash moves to "sensing" instead of "add garment".

Washer is exceptional. Lots of function s/ options like the agitator can be removed. Really like the load detergent and it takes what it wants for 20 loads.

Love it so far. It has a TON of room to do large loads and we love the ability to change from agitator to no agitator depending on what we are washing.

Absolutely love the flexibility of this washer. The removable agitator is a game changer and without it, the drum is huge. The auto-dispensing detergent feature is convenient and I’ve noticed I’m buying less detergent.

Incredible product, the ability to remove agitator to wash your massive comforter, or use agitator for normal loads. It also has a scrub brush you can fill with stain remover and has a water feature to pre treat
