    Day one, used the CD provided and tried to follow the instructions in the included instruction foldout. The printed instructions are good for installing the ink bottles. What is available on the CD was in error. Kept saying it found the product but then kept reporting the product as not found. Solution... remove the CD, make sure the printer is connected to the computer (for me this is a Windows 10) and then go online to Epson Support. Downloaded the latest setup files directly form them and then it was smooth, smooth sailing. These printers have been around for a little bit now so the firmware will need to be updated, Total time for complete setup using the Epson site was about 30 minutes. Too soon to review the rest.

    Works great even though this is one of the budget models of the eco tanks. The bottles of ink are more cost efficient than ink cartridges.

    Lasted 8 months and failed while printing my taxes. Said paper jam bit there was no obstruction. Epson support was very unattentive and failed tp offer a feasible solution. Wanted me to put money down pr pay for shipping. They made me repeat myself many times and at the end frustrated me to the point i will never purchase epson again. Please bring your contact center to north amerixa instead of the philipines. While they are a kind culture, i dont need an apology every 20 sexonds akd i really dont wanna struggle to inderstand someone on the phone.
