    The quality of the prints are good but it does not do double sided prints. I didn’t even think to ask if the printer/copier did double sided as I wrongly assumed that was a standard feature. I wish the sales rep would have thought to say something If you need double sided printing/copying this product is not for you

    Love not having to always run out to get ink when we are trying to print something. That being said the print quality is fairly poor. You aren’t printing photos on this. Colors are very muted.

    Works well to print black and white. Color print is super faded. If you need to good color prints the ET8500 is a MUST. But this is sa nice at home printer if you only need black and white and color quality does not matter to you. HUGE SAVINGS ON INK!

    Takes forever to print anything. The results look cheap and fuzzy. Forget using different paper types like photo paper or cardstock, it only handles basic paper. Bad printer. Any $50 - $100 canon printers print better.

    This printer worked well for two months. Now, I have error codes abound. It refuses to print anything. Epson support has failed to answer me. Would not recommend.
