Inconsistant messages (from Epson "Help") to fix issues with Apple and/or 4G internet issues. Never could make it work. Returned it. Best Buy was WAY more helpful and accomadating than expected.

Poor Print Quality

Also, the print quality is horrible. Maybe the more expensive Epsom EcoTank printers are of better quality, but I'm going to give mine away.

At the store, they said I would get a replacement printer from the warehouse, They made me pay taxes on the replacement. I was told I woud received it on the 24th. I received my money back for the first one but they still have my money I had to pay for taxes.

Not sure if my printer is defective

Not sure why it printed half page, stopped and restarted the same job. So I have many half printed pages. And then the paper got jammed one time and the ink soaked half of the jammed paper. I need to take it to return it. I hope you get better luck than me.

It is impossible to read the little screen or get anything printed out. I wish there was someone I could TALK to review instructions. If it does start to print you are asked to buy more cartridges.
