As a teacher, it is a good decision to purchased this kind of product.

Very easy to set up and connect either directly to your device or to your home network. The connection process was very intuitive using my mobile phone. The ease of the use of the ink bottles provided was very quick and no mess at all. No cartridges to buy later and the cost of the ink bottles is much less for future needs compared to cartridges. Very satisfied with print quality. Not the fanciest printer , but does everything I needed very well and is very easy to operate.

I got this printer to do sublimation items. Works very well. Still have to figure out how to slow down printing for a better quality sublimation image but overall super easy to set up and use.

After having a "love/hate" relationship with printers for years, I finally found one that is exactly what I was looking for!!

Easy set up. Easy to use. Little to no maintenance. This is the ONE. I went through 3 printers in 12 months. The previous 2 caused more issues than was worth it as we don’t print that much. This one has been the opposite experience. Highly recommend!

I purchased this eco tank printer in January 2022. I wanted for basic use but also to print photos of my art. Needed good quality printer and thought for the price it might work. My advice if you ever think you want to print a photo or any image. This is not the printer. I learned the hard way and now can’t return. I really thought I could get decent printing with this one. My mistake. Actually I had $30.00 printer that printed better than this one before it quit. The quality of printing color photos were beyond horrible.

Awesome product bought it to start doing sublimation on shirts. It works very well and prints fairly fast. Great product for beginners and if you just want a printer in general, and I added bonus is it’s not the expensive.

This printer was easy to set up. Printing speed and quality was great. Overall getting this printer was worth it!

Now that its working I am impressed, it looks like an excellent product. The telephone support is also impressive. Sadly, I should not require such support in a 2024 product, wi-fi setup should be seamless. But the on-line Epson setup app as well as cellphone based firmware app in the product led me through a gauntlet of bogus error messages and confused instructions, which the support desk later just blew off.

I use it for business, and it is very good. Epson did a good job with this printer.

Since I purchased this printer, I was NOT able to view the ink level through the front window on the printer under ET-2800. I called customer service and it was of NO help. I attempted to re-fill the ink but the colors do not reflect on the paper when printed. Calling Epson customer service is just a waste of time. I should had purchased a Canon printer. First time buying an Epson printer. Also you cannot load more than 25 pages at a time on this printer. Otherwise when the paper goes through the feeder, the edges tend to fold with a stack of 25 or more paper. I only load about up to 15 pages at a time to prevent folding of the edges. The question still remains unanswered on why the ink level does NOT show in the window. No one at Epson can answer that. Maybe the window is just for "Show" and has no function.

Compact size, not bulky. Good crisp color and easy to use.

I needed a printer for the family and didn’t want to be forced to buy those expensive cartridges. So I wanted a refillable printer. I looked at many and settled on this one because it has a screen interface to make setup easy and the price was reasonable. Print quality is good for documents and is “ok” for pictures but not the recommended purpose. Ink seems to last forever and is easy to fill. Hooked up to my WiFi 6e router with manual SSID. No issues since setup.

First, kudos to the salesman who listened to my printing needs/concerns and guided me to this product. Second, the Epson setup is straight forward and worked perfectly on my Network. The control screen is somewhat smallish and be sure to read what it is telling you to proceed with your printing tasks. Print quality is excellent. Photo printing is crisp and clear with accurate coloring. I love the idea of saying goodbye to ink cartridges. I look forward to using this printer in the long run. Thanks Epson for a great home use printer!
