Definitely recommend it the only thing it’s hard for my 76-year-old mother to navigate. And there’s one other thing that I can’t figure out is how to make the image smaller on regular size paper through the app. It prints the whole entire page. Lol Maybe I’m doing something wrong still can’t figure it out. But 100% definitely recommend.

Limited home use but happy with it

Set up entirely by a 12 year old (with supervision if he had questions, he didn't). He's been the only one to use it and has managed all aspects of it without any issues.

Says it's out of paper - it's not. Have tried everything according to instructions on printer - now says to clean the rollers that feed the paper - don't know how to do that. Will have to take in to store for help. Not happy.

Love the Brand

I’ve long been a fan of the brand and level of ink it’s able to hold. Just bought this one to replace a very old model #2850 that’s still running strong. This model #4850 allows document feed for copy/scan vs one page at a time processing.

Great printer and saves on ink

Really saves on ink. I did have to return yesterday for a replacement since it started getting sluggish. Next time I will do diagnostics on it.
