Well after less than 3 years the Epson ET 4850 keeps on disconnecting of the WIFI network. This place the 3850 which had issues after 2 years. Called Epson they gave me some things to try. They know about this issue from the past and they never fix it. But to no avail they could not help. Connects then drops out. I have red to many user complaints about the WIFI connection with older and the new ET 4950. DO NOT BUY AND EEPSON PRINTER if you plan to use WIFI. It will die in time. Nothing has changed it my Modem and router. Singal excellent according to the printer. Piece of junk. Going back to HP. Epson is not reliable.

NO INK CARTRIDGE. I hate dealing with having to buy ink cartridges. They are costly and don't last very long

I was looking to buying a laser printer to overcome ink drying up as the laser printer uses toner instead of ink. But the sales person a t Best Buy showed me the Epson EcoTank and I could'nt have been much happier. The ink flow is an entirely different and so much better. Also laser printers were not available because of supply chain and this printer filled in perfectly.

Great product. Works well double side printing. My wife says the text isn't as clean as our old HP, but I can't see any difference. Very easy to set up. The on line registration didn't work because the S/N wasn't in the Epson database, but Best Buy helped me register it.

Bought this for my wife, and she loves it!!! Easy to set up and use.

This is our second purchase of an Ecotank printer. We are pleased NOT to fuss with cartridges, which in some brands shut the entire unit down, until you replace the empty one causing the stoppage. We have run reams of paper through the first unit, and it currently is doing just fine, hence the reason to add this purchase for our other office, which also is replacing a separate fax machine. Epson hit a home run with this model line.

Well built unit. Print quality and speed are good.

Good, but scan function and auto paper feeding sometimes work better from the app than from the control panel itself. Great savings on ink. Paper feeder will jam from time to time when scanning multiple fed pages. Small control panel is a little hard for those of us with big paws.

Like the tank ink. Print a little lighter than HP.

Great printer, saves on ink purchases and doesn’t smudge

This printer meets my needs. While I do not use it in a professional capacity, I do use it almost every day and it works fine. I love the ease of being able to have a screen that clearly provides options for adjustment. My only "tiny" dissatisfaction is that the Black ink doesn't seem to be as dark as I would like, but it can be seen.

This product is great. I bought this printer but had to take that one back because the ink wasn’t printing properly. I took it back and got a new one. This one works great. No problems. The bottles of ink last longer than the cartridges. I highly recommend.
