    I don't like the quality of the photos this printer produces. It shows a lot of blue throughout the pictures. I and the Best Buy Tech tried different orint settings and printed photos new and old from both the cell phone and computer. Each time the outcome was the same; too much of a bluish tint. Also, too many steps to get photos to print each time. Sorry, this printer will be returned.

    Junk! Faded colors and lines

    I would give it negative stars, the printer colors were always faded with lines in the photo. I don't have a picture because I got so frustrated that I threw all of the copies in the trash. I should've put the printer in the trash right along with it! This printer should cost no more than $25.00! It is absolute and utter GARBAGE. I DO NOT recommend buying this HORRIBLE printer! I exchanged it for a Canon LASER JET printer and am in love with the QUALITY of print and the features of the printer. Do NOT buy inkjet printers if you want a quality print job. Buy LASER JET!!!!!!!!!! I don't know HOW this printer has 4 and a half stars!!!!!! The canon was only $10 more than this lowsy printer.

    Good print engine, poor software

    The physical setup is very well documented and easy to do. The wifi setup is very poor. The printer will not connect to a 5ghz network or a network that has both frequencies enabled. It also needs a very strong signal to work consistently. Also mesh networks cause problems since you can’t tell what access point you’re connecting to. It took me an hour to get it to work on my network. I had to create a standalone 2ghz network.

    For the printer being expense, it is not worth the price. I was expecting the best. I usually like to stay within the price range of $100-$175. I thought it was going to be really good but it was mediocre. The first prints were not good and the ppm is horrible. Had to return the product to the store. Setting up is the worst!!! Took like a good hour.

    WORST PRINTER EVER!

    I hate this printer! I'm pretty technically savvy, but this is the least user friendly device of any kind I have ever encountered. We had a Canon printer for many years that was so intuitive to use. First complaint is the tiny screen that is on the front of the unit versus the top. If you want to wrench your back, get this printer. Unless you put it on top of a stack of books you cannot see this printer screen. Second the screen is so tiny even when your nose is in front of it you cannot read it! Finally, even after reading the 6000 page user manual on line, I cannot figure out how to change basic functions like paper size, double side printing, black and white or color. And to boot... it arbitrarily changes to multiple copies without my even having changed a setting!!! THE WORST PRINTER EVER! I got it for the ink cartridges but so not worth it for the lack of user friendly design.

    Epson printer was disappointing

    The setup was complicated and kept having issues. The scan software was very basic single sided scanning and almost looked like a beta version of a program under development. I returned the Epson and bought a HP office jet pro 6978 for less money and far better software, double sided scanning, double sided printing, fax capable in software.

    Epson EcoTank 2850, Tanks, But No Tanks

    I purchased an Epson Tank printer based on favorable reviews in Consumer Reports. I was disappointed. Set up was a long and arduous process. I had to keep moving the printer closer to my router to achieve full wireless control. Even then printing was slow and would often time out. I returned the Epson to Best Buy and purchased an HP Tank printer which I am satisfied with.

    I purchased this printer from Best Buy about a year ago. Im currently experiencing print head problems. The only color it now prints is black. Sfter several attempts of cleaning the prints via their printers software tool is still very unsatisfiable. Would not purchase this printer

    I bought this printer 2 years ago. The printer has now quit printing. Have extended warranty but Epson wont cover it. Said i need orginal receipt. Cant find it. This is the second one i have had quit. Will never buy another.

    Ink Jet Heads Easily Clog!

    STAY AWAY if you print less often than every few days. I print every Monday and every Monday at least one ink jet head is clogged. I have to clean the heads every time before printing which wastes expensive ink. Epson even claims they solved this issue. They have not. Big disappointment.

    Needs Better Customer Service

    Very poor printer. I bought this when my other printer died of old age. It was installed by a tech Geek from Best Buy, and it was fine for several days. Then I got messages that the ink levels need to be checked. They were full. I called for assistance, and kept getting appointment dates that were subsequently canceled or were no shows. I finally returned it and canceled ties with Best Buy.

    The scanner can only scan one page at a time and the quality is awful. My $40 printer/scanner did a much better job. As far as printing, the few times we've used it so far it has made weird noises, and it has also randomly printed a previously printed document that we didn't reprint (it just started printing on it's own).

    A printer is of no use if it won't connect

    Having an exceedingly difficult time connecting the printer. The printer shows it is connected to the wifi network on the screen but neither my phone or PC can see it nor connect to it. Even after installing the app and downloading the drivers. If i wanted shoddy printing connections I would have stayed with my old printer. Not impressed.

    Paper jam

    Have an Eco tank for about a year and now, I get paper jam error messages and can’t clear the error. Tried cleaning the rollers but nothing helps…junk!

    Comes with Blackmail

    This is a good printer. But if you want to install drivers to use it from a PC, they actually force you to check the opt in box for promotional emails. You can't get them without doing that. That's blackmail. F U Epson Marketing Department. I will be posting negative reviews because of this alone.

    Useless if not constantly used.

    This is the worst printer if you do not constantly use it. The printer ink lines clog and is a terrible mess to try to clean. Do not buy if intend to not continually use the printer.
