    Terrible experience order two different Ninja 14-1 multi cookers and both were damaged customer service was painful to deal with both at the store and over the phone/chat still gave the second one waiting to return/exchange once they have them In stock been a nightmare trying to get this through Best Buy.

    Caught on fire. If we weren't present it could've been worse. Ended up getting a refund for store credit from our geek squad coverage awhile back. Will not be buying another one. I saw insignia pressure cookers also had a recall.
