Purchased in Nov 22 and now Aug 23 it doesn’t work. I changed parts as health status recommendations and rebooted several times. Can’t get thru by phone to IRobot and don’t get response by email.

Works better than I thought it would gets in tight places

This was a gift for my daughter. She has three cats (two with long hair) in her apartment. She works 10 hour shifts in the ER. This takes a load of her shoulders. It works well. It has never clogged from the cat hair. I caught it on sale - black Friday special. I paid less than 50% of the original price.

Best vac, ever! I had a 960, this is a step above.

Not really a “smart” device. Unit runs out of power before completing a cleaning session and remains stranded. A fair amount of dirt is missed and requires manual sweeping which defeats the purpose of this item.

Works great and definitely a lot more suction than our old ‘pet series’ one but ours stopped working after a week and the pet series one is still going strong after 15 years

I love the cleaning power of this robot and the fact that it’s not as loud as the earlier models. What I don’t like about it is the app as I don’t find it very user friendly and has intuitive in terms mapping my home and automation functions.

Wow what can I say I love this vacuum. It picks up my goofball Great Danes hair every morning. It does a really good job. Now it does not replace a vacuum but it does a hell of a job. Highly recommend picking one of these up when they go on sale

My wife was sooooo happy last year when Santa left an iRobot Roomba j7 under the tree. This year she was even more happier when she received a second one for the upstairs room! Even the cats and the dog find the j7 an excellent toy! Seriously, this is a great machine!

My last off brand always kept getting stuck and running over everything. This never got stuck. Even with cords on the floor. It gotten low to sweep under the bed and continue where it left off even when it loses a charge.

Had a Neato for almost 3 years before buying this one. Overall, I am so happy with this purchase! It was so simple to set up and connect and is so simple to work. It is so much more advanced than the Neato brand! The only regret I have is not switching sooner!!

This vacuum is a must buy ! Smart and powerful enough. My only issue is the waste bin is a little bit too small for my usage. So I literally upgraded for the one with the emptying container before I have 3 dogs and 3 cats!

Great vacuum for the price. Now let’s not think this going to clean 100% cause it doesn’t you still have to sweep every now and then. But it’s a good product to have and keep your house tidy. It’s does what it says it can do.

This my 3rd robot vacuum and is by far the best. I was very skeptical at first but after it mapped my house I can just select the room I want to clean. It even sends me pictures of obstacles and asks if it’s a temporary obstacle or add it to the “avoid” zones. The dust bin is a bit small which is my only complaint but it goes anywhere, doesn’t get stuck, cleans surprisingly well and the controls on the app are extremely customizable. I’m really surprised how much stuff comes out of my carpet daily. I have a cat litter box in a carpeted closet and it picks up all the litter in the carpet. Can’t go wrong with this.

To be our first vacuum robot we are not disappointed its powerful and reaches every where in our house will recommend to anyone also the app its very useful to learn how to use the vacuum and to map the entire house

Very high quality product. I purchased this one to work from and wanted something durable, high speed and light so it is easy to carry. So far, it has met all expectations. Great product and would recommend.
