Bought this on Black Friday. Save me a lot of time. Easy setup.

We bought this to replace a 5 year old Deebot which is still working good. We have all hard floors in the house and this brush system doesn't kick as much dust up as the deebot did. We have 4 dogs and this does a great job of keeping the house clean. After a couple runs it mapped the house. I like that on some days the bin gets full before it's done, empties itself then goes back to continue cleaning. As some mentioned, the self clean is loud, but only for a few seconds. It does a great job of avoiding things, cords and the occasional dog toy that gets left out. We were so happy with it we bought another, but without the self empty base. That one is used in another section of the house.

The concept is great but the working of the actual product falls a bit short as it picks up 98% dirt on hard floors but on carpet that is thicker (higher pile) it picks up 90% of dirt. In larger rooms that requires 2 passes, the first pass is smooth but on the second pass it would seem like it’s going against the grain of the carpet (if that makes sense) leaving the carpet to look like it has not been vacuum, unlike the traditional vacuum that cleans regardless of the direction being vacuumed.

Extremely pleased with the performance. I have two dogs. One of them got too close. The robot stop went backed up then went back to where my dog was checked the area and continued cleaning...why did I wait so long to purchase this?

I have a small ranch with hardwood floors. I do have a lot of pet hair, and this did a fair job of keeping it clean, but I had to replace a motor within 18 months. Then around 20 months I kept getting offline errors and the vacuum wouldn’t work at all. I’d have to mess with it and get it back online. Now at 23 months the battery will not charge. It worked for almost 2 years and now I need to buy a new one. So this cost me $400 a year. SMH They don’t make them to last.

Does a wonderful job. I have thick carpet in my sitting room

We have had this for a few months now and we are very happy with it, I wasn’t sure that it would clean as well as a regular vacuum but it does a great job and even leaves lines in the carpet.

I bought this Roomba when our original 600 series finally died. We use this exclusively in our cat room, which is where their cat tree, litter robots, food, and water are located. It runs three times per day to keep up with the cat litter that gets tracked on the floor. It has been a life changer! I no longer have to run back multiple times a day to empty the bin like I used to need to.

Love it! Although when it empties, it’s loud! I mean really loud.

My initial excitement about the iRobot Roomba j7+ (7550) quickly faded. I bought it hoping for the reliable, powerful cleaning iRobot is known for, but this model just doesn't live up to the brand's reputation. While it does an okay job on my hardwood floors, the performance is pretty mediocre. It's frustrating to see it consistently miss small bits of debris, and it seems to struggle especially with pet hair. For a robot vacuum at this price point, I expected it to handle a basic task like that without any issues. The automatic dirt disposal is a nice convenience, and the vacuum is good at avoiding obstacles like cords and furniture. But those features don't make up for the fact that its main job—actually vacuuming well—is a letdown.

Have had for a few months now and no issues , it cleans very thoroughly, everything works flawless, haven’t even had to change the bag yet . Let’s you know when to do all the maintenance and how

Having this vacuum robot makes my life easier. I use the automated schedules and it cleans up my whole downstairs every morning. Still have to manually vacuum every now and then but it's not as urgent. Dog fur on carpet isn't 100% picked up but still worth it.

Probably one on the best purchases I’ve ever made. We just love the vacuum, it’s a great alternative of a through cleaning, it helps maintain the floors for us and does a great job. Wish I would of purchased this vacuum a long time ago.

The roomba does a really good job - the dust bin makes all the difference

Love it! If you have company and want to stop it just push pause and it will return to base empty and be ready for when you want it to clean. I like using the Monday -Wednesday - Friday auto clean.

Not happy with purchase. I. Brush broke off after 3rd use. 2. Gets stuck on table & chair legs 3. Says won’t run due to clog, barely used 4. Very loud compared to previous models purchased

Pretty good, need to purchase Roomba Vacuum bags often. But good experience so far.

Highly recommend! We have been so pleased with the performance and the convenience! I thought it may not clean the floors as well as our regular vacuum, but it cleans them just as well, if not better!!!
