I followed all recommended care - remapped floors, cleaned sensors, replaced parts as needed, and emptied or cleaned the bin regularly. It still frequently gets lost. It also clogs easily and often fails to complete cleaning jobs. I spend more time managing the vacuum than it would take to just clean myself. For a product at this price point, I expected a more reliable experience. I'm currently working with support, but I hope iRobot or Best Buy will stand behind their product and offer a refund or a better-performing replacement. As it stands, I can’t recommend it.

I never have time or energy to clean up after the mess that they made of it, and now my house is clean every. Single. Day. Can’t express enough how happy this has made me, even bought the Braava mop to test out and works wonders, it’s nice to get home and have everything clean knowing I don’t have to worry much about it.

This thing cleans the whole house with no help from us. Our dog tracks in leaves and "Harvey" takes care of that with ease. My better half was skeptical but now she is a believer. This thing is so quiet our very protective dog doesn't bother it at all. "Harvey" is now a permanent member of our family... a little wokhorse. Love how he tracks back to the Homer base to charge and empty the bin with no input. Great product!!

It avoids cables very well (which is my use case). I have a sit-stand desk and the wires are all hanging and vulnerable. Every other robot I’ve had needs something to tell it not to approach or I needed to prep that area with a barrier. Not so with the J7+. It avoids the cables very well. It’s neat seeing the little disk on the top then blue that shows the AI is thinking. The clean base is great because you don’t have to clean up after every run. I’m very happy with my purchase.
