The mapping took a few more passes than I would have liked, but I'd rather have that than dog messes all over. All in all it's worked well so far. Probably wouldn't have gone for it if it weren't on sale when I grabbed it, but it's still nice to have

When I contacted iRobot customer service, I was informed that I would need to pay $275 for repairs, as the warranty only covers 12 months. The customer service representative indicated that the issue is likely due to damaged or worn charging contacts. For a device that costs $1,000, it is disappointing and unacceptable that it is designed in such a way that it cannot be charged properly after less than two years. Additionally, the $275 repair fee only comes with a three-month warranty, which I find to be excessively short. Lastly, I have experienced frustration with the lack of responsiveness from the customer service department, as I have had to repeatedly follow up for answers.

I have 2 dogs, a German Shepard and a Sheltie. This seems to do a little better job with dog hair but is very noisy especially when emptying itself. It does a decent job of learning and avoiding obstacles.

Still learning the square footage. BUT OMG reviews weren’t kidding when they said it’s LOUD when emptying the dirt to bin. Sounds like an airplane landing in my dining room.

At least once a week would receive this error. Always kept the unit cleaned, and bag was not full. This required a full reboot of base and vacuum each time. Overall it was reason enough for me to return it.
