Promised compensation, but have not seen it. The washer is a very good washer, and it is all of what the sales person said it would be.

If needed, you can adjust the leveling legs by rotating the individual leg in the proper direction for up or down. You can find additional information in the article titled "Top Load Washer - Wet Clothes Concerns" on the GE Appliances website.

Spin cycle does not work properly and now my dryer is acting up because the clothing is going in there too wet. Reached out to Best Buy to replace the product and they said "too late buddy". Last Best Buy purchase I will make. Shredding my Best Buy credit card.

Flawed Design

It’s so bad, it flys across the room 2 feet or more. It’s perfectly level, it’s just that GE clearly has a design flaw in these units. This is the last GE product I will own.
