It is very quiet and the number of washing options are good, not too few not too many. The outside is very nice and we would only love for it to have the option of changing the door side opening.

I’m a little worried about some of the one star reviews were the washing machine breaks down after the warranty expires. I did not take a chance on the extended warranty. I love the Wi-Fi setting where it would alert you when your load is finished through a SmartThings app. So far so good with no issues and my clothes are coming out very clean, especially the whites! I highly recommend it!

I am happy with how quickly the dryer dries my clothes. I LOVE all the different drying cycles it offers. Sanitize is awesome for cleaning pillows and my kids' stuffed animals. I can already tell I will love this dryer!

The delivery team were courteous, professional and arrived on time and overcame a difficult deliver due to to steep driveway and carried and walked up long winding stairs to bring up to the house.

Not sure why others found the metal to be cheap, it seems standard to me. Self clean mode is a plus. Door/hinge seems maybe a little on the light duty side but this machine has been great
