HP used to be very good, now, not so sure

Tried all the suggestions at the HP support website, no luck. It comes with a 1 year warranty, but best buy doesn't fix printers unless out of warranty. No local in-warranty repair shop nearby. forget about speaking to a human. HP used to be very good, now, not so sure.

DIFFICULT OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

I spent 2 hours trying to figure out how to scan docs to my computer with no success. Extremely frustrating. Never had the problem with my previous HP printer.

Worst ever printwer

No instructions were included on how to set up and use i.e. how to open the cartridge door and insert cartridges. Open paper tray for collection of dust. Ink jet included last with almost no use of printing about 3 weeks. Could not get larger ink cartridges inserted.

Canon ink-jet printer

Found it too difficult to get operating, so returned for full refund. Very poor instructions for initial installation, very frustrating. Not a pleasant experience. Canon has to improve.

Low Cost Canon All-in-One printer

Replacement ink cartridges are relatively inexpensive compared to the HP photo printer it replaced. We have given it a good workout and are very pleased with the results.
